This data remains on your device. You can export and share it voluntarily, but Arbiter Intelligence never transmits it to remote servers.

Arbiter Intelligence collects ZERO data from your system. We do not track, transmit, or store:

• Performance metrics or gaming data
• Hardware configurations or system specifications
• Usage statistics or feature analytics
• Crash reports or error logs

• IP addresses or network information

3. How We Use Your Information

Since we don't collect any data, we don't use your information for any purpose. All analysis happens locally:

• Generate performance reports on your device

• Compare your performance to pre-loaded baselines
• All processing stays on your machine

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Since we don't collect any data, there is nothing to share. Your performance data exists only on your device.

You may voluntarily export and share reports (HTML, Discord, JSON, CSV), but that is entirely your choice. Arbiter Intelligence never transmits data automatically.

• Share reports with anyone you choose
• Delete all local data by uninstalling the software

The desktop application does not use any cookies or tracking.

Our website (arbiterintelligence.com) does not use analytics or tracking cookies. We respect your privacy online and offline.

8. Children's Privacy

Arbiter Intelligence is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Since we don't collect any data at all, this is not a concern.

9. International Users

Arbiter Intelligence is provided from the United States. Since all processing is local and we don't collect any data, your information never leaves your device regardless of your location.
